How It Works

1. Tokenised Digital Twins

Each physical item (a serialised component, food lot, luxury bag, pallet, or shipping container) is issued as a unique UTXO-based token on the BSV blockchain.
The token is your product's "digital twin," carrying essential metadata: origin, batch number, certifications, ownership, condition reports, and more.
Because BSV's protocol is unchanging and massively scalable, you can mint billions of tokens without worrying about forks or fee spikes.

2. Overlay Networks for Supply-Chain State

Our solution builds on BRC-22/24 overlay standards to maintain a live, topic-specific index of every token's current state—location, custodian, customs clearance, etc.
The overlay nodes accept and broadcast only transactions that match the rules you define (for example, "only accredited inspectors can append a quality-check record").
BRC-64 extensions enable full history traversal: auditors can query any token and receive a cryptographically-linked chain of every event from genesis to the present, without touching a central database.

3. Real-Time Event Recording

IoT sensors, handheld scanners, or enterprise systems submit status updates using lightweight Simplified Payment Verification (SPV).
Each event is paid for via micro-fees—fractions of a cent—keeping operational costs predictable while disincentivising spam.
No passwords: devices authenticate with Babbage key-derivation standards, so lost credentials do not compromise the network.

4. Selective Transparency

The data is publicly timestamped, yet you decide who reads what.
Using Babbage identity tools, manufacturers can expose a certificate of authenticity to customers, while sharing full Bill of Materials only with regulators or insurers.
Seamless export/import means you are never locked into a single vendor; your data moves with you.
